Growing up in Idaho, Ella Weber found herself at the crux of diverse political and social movements. Through her work on various electoral campaigns, Ella discovered her niche in helping people and organizations shape their narratives and communicate these stories effectively through the media, in front of cameras, and directly to decision-makers. Most recently, she has contributed to successful organizing efforts around climate justice and engaging young people in key progressive primary races.

As a graduate of Political Science and Philosophy and a member of the General Consulting team, Ella helps advance the causes of progressive candidates, groups, and advocacy organizations, executing client communications and digital strategies to amplify compelling stories that shape electoral and issue-based campaigns.
